Mariano Rivera, the legendary rescue king, seems to have missed an important "rescue", and the US media reported that a young girl came forward to accuse Levia's wife Clara (Clara) of allegedly covering up a child sexual abuse case in 2018. The victim was repeatedly sexually abused by an older girl (both were underage at the time) at a summer event held by a church whose senior pastor was Clara.

Levila's family of origin was unrelievable, and when he was born as a Christian at the age of 21, his family followed, and his wife, Clara, was the senior pastor of his church, and they set up a Refuge of Hope in their home. The victim pointed out through her lawyer that her mother asked Clara to investigate the matter, but Clara threatened her to keep quiet in order to protect the reputation of the church.

In addition, Rivera's church has been accused of a lack of supervision, exposing children in dormitories to violence and sexual abuse. The victim claimed to have been sexually abused between late 2021 and 2022 by Ruben Tavarez Jr., an adult son of an assistant pastor.

The victims filed a lawsuit in New York, and Mr. and Mrs. Levila are not currently defendants, but the law requires them to give an account of the case that occurred in their estate, and Livila stated through her lawyer: "We do not tolerate child abuse, any complaint about our case is false, and these misleading accusations will not hold up in court."
