South Korea's signature figure skating men's singles skater Cha Jun-hwan won the gold medal at the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games. Although Cha Junhuan is not as famous as Kagiyama Yuma, he is also a world-class player who has emerged in recent years. He won silver in the men's singles at the 2023 World Figure Skating Championships, a former Four Continents champion and a bronze medal at the recently concluded 2025 Winter Universiade in Turin.
